HOW IT WORKS
We have a massive development spanning 5,500 Hectares and starting with the Cattle Farms we are building a new model for Agricultural Communities and Rural Development in Nigeria and we need excellent contractors.
Our range of developments cover Buildings, Water Systems, Power Systems, Animal Housing and more.
It calls for the expertise of Architects, Engineers, Artisans and more.
Some of the projects of immediate importance
This calls for the development of 100 model homes ranging from 3 Bedroom Semi-Detached to full scale 10 bedroom mansions. 5 Building types in 20 varieties each to show our people what a homestead should be.

We are building a 500 Megawatt Power plant to operate as 60|5 Gas, 20% Biomass and 20% Solar Array. This is coupled with pumped hydro storage for the solar array, incineration plant for the Biomass and an integrated Biogas plant for the main power plant.
Contracting Areas: Electrical Engineering, Computing Controls, Systems Design and Engineering.
We are developing 7 Lake sites of 100, 70 and 5 x 2 hectares. We also need an extensive collection of dams and flood ways, an aquaduct perimeter (artificial) stream of 20 kilometers and massive internal water works to connect homesteads with 2 lines of specialised water supply.
Contracting Areas: Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Structural Engineering etc.
We need an extensive collection of Bunkers and Bomb Shelters, a robust system of drones and terrestrial survellance and all non-combat defensive systems to make the homesteads and farmers confident and secure in the commune.
