This project is the replication of a model rural community as such it needs every single thing that is imaginable in live from places of worship to fueling stations, banks, hotels and more and we are ready to partner with individuals groups and corporations to ensure supportive developments and to enable you protect your investment with zoning restrictions.

We will license only 2 commercial banks within the community, allowing you exclusive access to the members of the community and participation in decisions related to further banking growth in the community.
Terms: Access to 1 Hectare of land, 2 branch sites and coupled financial services with the development in exchange for Support for Cattle Ranching to the tune of A1million
We will license only 2 commercial banks within the community, allowing you exclusive access to the members of the community and participation in decisions related to further banking growth in the community.
Terms: Access 100 - 1,000 hectare of land which will be coupled into our infrastructure and benefit from the communes services but with independent management in exchange for Support for Cattle Ranching to the tune of A10million
We will license only 2 gas plants within the community, allowing you exclusive access to the members of the community and with the plants connected to a grid network for gas supply and downstream sales across the commune.
Terms: Access to 1 Hectare of land, 2 branch sites and coupled gas distribution services with the development in exchange for Support for Cattle Ranching to the tune of A1million
We will license only 2 fueling stations within the community, allowing you exclusive access to the members of the community and with the equipment and farming machinery in the facility receiving dedicated trucked supplies from your stations. sales across the commune.
Terms: Access to 1 Hectare of land, 2 branch sites and coupled gas distribution services with the development in exchange for Support for Cattle Ranching to the tune of A1million
We will license only 4 hotels within the community, allowing you exclusive access to the members of the community and its guests but also a base for services to the greater community in Opi-Nsukka area. This with access to first class infrastructure in the area of Light, Water, Waste Management etc.
Terms: Access to 1 Acre of land, in a choice area of the development in exchange for Support for Cattle Ranching to the tune of A500,000
We are licensing 4 Nursery Schools, 2 Primary Schools, 2 Secondary Schools and 2 Higher institutions of distinct interests or classes in the development.
Terms: Land ranges from 2,000 square meters for nursery, 1 Acre for Primary, 1 Hectare for Secondary Schools and 100 Hectares for Higher Institutions in exchange for Support of Cattle Ranching to the tune of A50,000 | A100,000 | A250,000 and A5,000,000 respectively
We are licensing Corner Stores, 2 Neighbourhood Shopping Centeres, A strip Mall and a Shopping Mall.
Terms: Land ranges from 200 square meters, 2,000 square meters, 1 Acre or 1 Hectare fo in exchange for Support of Cattle Ranching to the tune of A50,000 | A100,000 | A250,000 and A1,000,000 respectively
We are licensing 6 Churches and 2 Mosques and 3 Alternative Places for worship. You will be allowed to develop the lots inline with your own taste, less the imposition of additional schools or other services which have a zoning limit.
