This initiative is organized in collaboration with Royal House of AjaAni, LIVEN Capital, Vision 1960, A.L.U.S.I.U.W.A Global Financial Services and African Renaissance Order, it is directed by Agricultural Communities Holdings and is partnering with all 28 projects in the Vision Unlimited! 2025 Action Plan. It is also designed to welcome and accomodate collaborations from all well meaning corporate, commercial, private and global partners.

SAFE - MODERN - PROFITABLE AGRICULTURE!
The focus of the Opi-Nsukka Agricultural Commune is to encourage, Assist and Protect our people in the restoration of Food Security to the Nsukka Zone.

The Side by Side program selects the most immediate, Secure and Profitable pieces of the projects we are working on and introduces them to all participants who have confidence in my capacity and integrity so that we can join hands in an easy protocol and secure the opportunities without having to leak the sensitive aspects of our strategy to the public.
Today our focus is on Cattle Farming and Farming in General. When it is done, all those who contributed can continue to hold their interests in the Cattle Farming Operations and are also free to cash out or transfer their investments, Rights and Concessions to the next project we put up on the side By Side program.
Side By Side Participants, will retain 1st rights of refusal on future projects, equal to the percentage of their stake in this project.

Through our Jobs program we are helping young people to secure strong careers here in nigeria, ensuring gainful employment for those who come to do GOOD work.
JOBS: Normal Jobs exist for all levels of skills and abilities including basic unskilled labour.
CONSULTING: Roles exist for professional consultants that help our farmers to perform.
VOLUNTEERING: Opportunities exist for people to volunteer their services in the hopes of building a better Nigeria. Such work will be valued and the records kept for future acknowledgement of your labour contributions to our community progress.

In attempting to solve the problem of food we must start somewhere and I have decided that we should start with the Opi-Nsukka Agricultural Communes and even in the commune I have ZEROED in on the perfection of Cattle Farming as our PRIORITY and 1st step.
We have set in motion plans to ensure the largest cattle farm in the history of the South-East within 6 months. We intend to house 10,000 Adult Cattle Equivalents, allowing us to maintain a steady supply of 30 cattle per day into the market.
This is a well thought out part of our general strategy and i pray any well meaning members of society who have the capacity to join us in this strategy even if you do not have a particular interest in Cattle or even farming in general.
Together we can all ensure the success of this 1st step and in record time, from there anyone of us can diversify into any of the 32 products that are slated for the Opi-Nsukka Agricultural Commune or other projects we introduce across all sectors of Trade, Industry and Enterprise in Nigeria.
Participation in the cattle farming project only requires the contribution of 1 Adult Cattle to the herd or as many as you can muster.
The benefit of the follow my lead approach is that I will personally guarantee all seed capital, it will also enable us to move with the speed of mass participation and it will not limit your ability to switch to other aspects of our developments because we will gladly refund capital at each new stage for those who want to push out into the new areas we venture into.

The conversation about the salvation of our people, must start with FOOD!
In 2025, my entire focus is on food! while I continue to ensure the Simultaneous development of all 28 projects under the Vision Unlimited Action plan, I must ensure that the people for whom we are building this great city are alive to see it and the best way to do this is to make food available and affordable.
The opi-Nsukka Agricultural Commune is therefore ELECTED as our 1st Public Project. It is a 5,500 Hectare Agricultural Community designed to ensure that people can farm. It will house 1,000 farming homesteads ranging in size from 1 hectare to 100 hectares each. it is open to the public for participation and will be supported by at least 30 distinct investments from all of the other 30 Entreprises in our system as well as synergetic partnerships with 70 distinct corporations across nigeria.
